“I’ll love you ’til my lungs give out,” Annie and Alan proudly sang to each other during their first dance as husband and wife. All the planning had come to an end and they were finally married. All eyes were on them as they danced in their newly marital bliss. Their smiles had never been bigger.

There are plenty of rituals and traditions that represent the blending of two families. One of the ways that Annie and Alan chose to represent this unity is with Annie’s rings. Her engagement ring was Alan’s grandmother’s and her wedding band was her grandmother’s. Both families are represented on her hand and serve as a constant reminder that they are now one. The Stockman family gained a daughter and the Speed family gained a son.

During the ceremony, I counted six past and present ABP brides! I gathered them all during the reception for a picture because I don’t think I have ever had that many in one location before. It was so fun catching up with all of them!

Annie and Alan have gone to Sonic after every single wedding they have attended together. They order the same thing every time – Ocean water and mozzarella sticks. When Annie told me they planned to go after their wedding, I said, “Okay, I am going to hijack your date and get a few pictures!” I stayed just long enough to place our order and snap a few pictures so they could enjoy their date without the paparazzi.

Annie and Alan, thank you so much for trusting me with all your memories! I have enjoyed getting to know you through your engagement session, bridal session, wedding, and all the times I popped into Annie’s office when I visited my husband at work. The two of you are precious together and I can’t stop smiling as I edit your pictures because everyone is so happy! I hope you enjoy your honeymoon! Can’t wait to see you back at the office, Annie!
