Lydia’s senior session was a dream! The sun was shining brightly and the wind kept a slight chill in the air, making it the perfect spring afternoon. From the very beginning, she knew she wanted to be surrounded by flowers for her portraits and we couldn’t have timed it more perfectly. The tulips at American Village were in full bloom, creating the most breathtaking backdrop for her session. While we didn’t get to stay in the tulip field for long, we made the most of our time there and captured some absolutely stunning images with vibrant colors.

American Village is always a favorite location because of its variety of picturesque spots. Beyond the tulip field, we explored the beautiful gardens, charming brick pathways, and classic Southern architecture that make this place so special. Every corner of the property gave us a new setting to work with and Lydia made each one look effortlessly elegant. Whether she was posing in the sun-drenched flowers or posing against the grand architecture, she looked like she belonged in a storybook.

One of the best parts of this session was seeing Lydia’s personality shine through. She has such a natural grace in front of the camera and her joy was contagious. Every image radiates warmth and confidence, making it nearly impossible to choose a favorite.
