She shopped for months trying to find the perfect necklace to wear with her wedding gown. Weeks before the wedding, she had almost given up until she found the perfect one. It was exactly what she wanted. A simple solitaire diamond necklace with a ring of smaller diamonds around it. She admired it for a while before deciding that it was not in the wedding budget. She left it there and later chose a different necklace.
On her wedding day, stress levels were high. She was anxious to get the day started. Her hair and makeup were finally perfect, she just needed to put on her gown. A gift was delivered to her from her groom. It was a surprise because they said they weren’t giving each other gifts on their wedding day. All the bridesmaids watched as she opened a sweet handwritten letter from her groom. She read the letter silently as tears rolled down her cheek and she thought about how blessed she was to marry this man. After reading the letter, she opened the gift. She couldn’t believe it! It was the necklace! That perfect necklace she envisioned on her wedding day.
During their first look, Katie thanked Adam for the necklace and said she was so surprised. He told her that he secretly went back to the store to buy it the same day she saw it. He knew she would love it and she deserved the best.
Clouds were rolling in as the ceremony approached, but a little rain was not going to put a damper on this day. The entire day was filled with love from Katie and Adam’s friends and family. Everyone at Flagstone Farm worked behind the scenes to create the perfect wedding experience for them. From the decorations to shuttling guests to the reception, they thought of everything to make this day perfect.
Katie and Adam, thank you so much for inviting me to be part of your wedding day! The love you have for each other is timeless. Your friends and family adore you. Your wedding day was full of laughter and fun. I wish both of you a lifetime of happiness together!
