During Kaitlyn’s engagement session, she told me all about her wedding venue at Ridge Pointe. It’s a fairly new venue and I had not been there yet, but I was excited to photograph her wedding there! When I arrived, I was instantly impressed with the venue. As we walked through the house, I fell in love with every part of it! There was a huge room for the girls to get ready with tons of lights and mirrors, multiple bedrooms for the girls, multiple rooms for the guys, a hangout spot for the guys, and more. Ridge Pointe thought of everything a wedding party would need to help them get ready for the big day.

One of Kaitlyn’s favorite features was the bridal suite bathtub and I can see why! Doesn’t it look so fun?? Kaitlyn said she had to have photos in the bathtub, so that’s where we started our bridal session. Then we moved on to the staircase and some at the front of the house.

When I drove in, I spotted two pink trees near the road. I asked Kaitlyn if she would be willing to walk out there for a few photos and I am so glad she agreed! These were definitely among my favorites from the day! The light was perfect and the colors were popping. She sent me a photo a few days later and the blooms were already gone. We captured them at the perfect time!

Then the light in the golden grass caught my eye and we took a few portraits there. We finished off her session with some portraits in front of the all-white barn. It was a photographer’s dream!

Kaitlyn, thank you so much for choosing to add a bridal session. I am obsessed with all your bridal portraits! It was a tough 6 weeks keeping these all to myself, but I’m thrilled to share them with the world now! You are a gorgeous bride and I am forever thankful for you.
